Order & Delivery Policy
A Pre-order is an advance online purchase made before the product is available to ship.
There might be delays due to consolidating the MOQ for production. No cancellation during the waiting period (estimated 30 days). If the order cannot be fulfil after the waiting period, Refund will be made in the form of Store Credits.
Leadtime 14 - 21 days after order confirmation.
Currently, we only offer local delivery (Singapore only). A tracking number will be provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns and exchanges unless:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Goods defect.
- Within 7 days of goods received.
Email us for for the return and exchange instructions.
Condition of item(s)
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
Reimbursement & processing time
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 15 business days from when we receive it.
